Giraffe's are YUMMY

Hello everyone,
We are having so much fun. Quincy has begun teething. Lots of chewing and lots of slobber. His favorite toy to chew on is Sophie the giraffe, made from natural rubber, a lovely gift from the Rankin family. Although he is content with just about anything including my thumb. He is learning to use his stomach muscles, which is causing a bit more spit up these days. He flips from his back to his side continuously. He also is getting better at sitting up leaning forward. He is starting to laugh. His first fit of uncontrollable laughter was to Walter making farting noises. Oh so much to look forward to living with two boys. He is very determined in his playing. If we hang objects from his play arch, he tugs on them until they are unattached. He loves to shack his rattle too. He wiggles so much that he works up a bit of a sweat. He is having fun experimenting with his voice. Gone are the days of cooing now he talks in a low scratchy voice. I think he is mimicking the monster in the closet who visits him daily. We have been going to the pool twice a week with other babies and moms. Below you can see Quincy & Savannah rocking out. There are more pictures on the picassa site. http://picasaweb.google.com/home?tab=mq
Hope everyone is having a great summer,
kristen, walter & quincy
